- EVENT TICKET PURCHASES
2.1 Purchase. When you buy a ticket through the Website, you are entering into an agreement with Faith Acts Now for admission to the specified event. Each ticket admits one person, unless otherwise stated on the event listing.
2.2 Pricing and Payment. Ticket prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET). Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card information on our servers. Your purchase is final upon order confirmation.
2.3 Tax-Deductibility. Faith Acts Now is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization. The fair market value of goods or services received as part of your ticket — including food, beverages, and event experiences — is not tax-deductible. The remaining portion of your contribution may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. A receipt confirming your contribution will be sent by email. You should consult your personal tax advisor for guidance specific to your situation.
2.4 Order Confirmation and Tickets. After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. Each attendee will receive a separate ticket email containing a unique QR code for entry. You must present a valid ticket, printed or on a mobile device, at the event for admission. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost or unavailable at check-in.
- REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS
3.1 No Refunds. All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation by HWFN as described in Section 4.
3.2 Ticket Transfers. Tickets are fully transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest. To update the name and contact information on a ticket, please email info@hawaiiwfn.com with the new attendee’s full name, email address, and phone number at least 72 hours before the event. For youth program registrations, the transfer terms in Section 12.5 apply instead of this Section 3.2.
3.3 Resale Prohibited. Tickets may not be resold for profit. Tickets resold at or above face value for non-charitable purposes are void, and the holder will be denied entry.
- EVENT CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT
4.1 Cancellation by HWFN. If we cancel an event, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price within 30 days of the cancellation announcement. We will notify ticket holders by email using the address provided at purchase.
4.2 Postponement. If we postpone an event, your ticket will be honored at the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the postponement announcement.
4.3 Force Majeure. We are not liable for cancellation, postponement, modification, or interruption of an event caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, governmental orders, public health emergencies, venue closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- EVENT ADMISSION AND CONDUCT
5.1 Entry. Each attendee must present a valid ticket, printed or on a mobile device, at check-in. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone without a valid ticket, with a duplicate ticket, or whose ticket has already been scanned.
5.2 Age Restrictions and Alcohol Service. Where alcoholic beverages are served at our events, service is available only to guests 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued identification. Guests under 21 are welcome to attend events that permit minors but may not consume alcoholic beverages. The specific age policy for each event will be stated on the event page. We work with our venue partners to provide responsible beverage service, and service may be limited or refused at any time at the discretion of venue staff. By attending, you agree to consume alcohol responsibly and arrange safe transportation.
5.3 Code of Conduct. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, volunteers, and venue personnel. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, illegal, or otherwise harmful, without refund.
5.4 Photography and Media Release. Events hosted by HWFN may be photographed or recorded for promotional, educational, and fundraising purposes. By attending, you grant Faith Acts Now and HWFN permission to use your likeness in photos, videos, and other media without compensation. If you do not wish to appear in event media, please notify event staff upon arrival.
5.5 Personal Property. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property at any event.
- DONATIONS
Donations made through the Website are processed by our payment partner and recorded by Faith Acts Now. All donations are final and non-refundable. The acceptance and handling of charitable gifts, including gift types, donor restrictions, and review procedures, is governed by our Gift Acceptance Policy, which is published in our Policies. Faith Acts Now provides a tax-acknowledgment receipt by email for each donation. Donors are responsible for consulting their own tax advisors regarding the deductibility of contributions.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant ticket or service.
The Website and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Website, our events, or our services, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

- CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means, which may include posting an update notice on the Website or sending an email to registered users. - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. - YOUTH PROGRAM AND CLINIC REGISTRATIONS
12.1 Scope. This Section 12 applies to registrations for youth clinics, camps, and development programs, including the 2nd Annual Hawaii Warriors Football Network Football Development Classic. Where this Section conflicts with Sections 3 or 5, this Section controls.
12.2 Participation Agreement Required. Each registered participant must have a Participation Agreement, Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, Indemnification, and Medical Consent accepted by that participant’s parent or legal guardian. Acceptance is required at registration. A signed paper copy must be emailed to info@hawaiiwfn.com before the event or presented at on-site check-in. No participant may take the field without a signed Participation Agreement on file. Registrations without a completed Participation Agreement are void and non-refundable.
12.3 Eligibility. Participants must be within the age range stated on the event page as of the event date. Registrations for participants outside the stated age range will be cancelled without refund.
12.4 All Sales Final. All youth program registrations are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including inability to attend, weather, schedule change, or removal from the event for conduct, except in the case of cancellation by HWFN as described in Section 4.
12.5 Transfers. A registration may be transferred to another eligible participant. The original registrant must email info@hawaiiwfn.com with the new participant’s full name, age, parent or guardian name, phone, email, and emergency contacts by the transfer deadline stated on the event page. A transfer is not effective until the new participant’s parent or legal guardian has accepted the Participation Agreement. Apparel size on a transferred registration is subject to availability.
12.6 Event Apparel. Where a registration includes event apparel, size is selected at registration and cannot be changed. Size is guaranteed only for registrations completed by the apparel order deadline stated on the event page. Registrations after that deadline receive apparel while supplies last. All apparel must be picked up during on-site check-in. Apparel not picked up during check-in may not be available for later distribution.
12.7 Registration Close. Registration closes when the stated capacity is reached or at the deadline stated on the event page, whichever comes first.
12.8 Medical Care. Where a licensed athletic trainer or medical professional is present, that individual acts within their own professional judgment. Acceptance of the Participation Agreement constitutes consent to emergency treatment and financial responsibility for resulting expenses.
12.9 Supervision. Parents and guardians are responsible for their participants before check-in and after event conclusion. HWFN does not provide supervision outside stated event hours.
