Get ready to ignite your keiki’s passion for football at the 2nd Annual Hawaii Warriors Football Network Football Development Classic.
This is no ordinary clinic. Your child will train on the University of Hawai’i Clarence T.C. Ching Athletics Complex Football Field, the very turf where the Hawai’i Warriors practice and battle in their home games. Your keiki will learn from UH Head Coach Timmy Chang, his elite coaching staff, and Warrior student-athletes.
Last year, all spots filled up in 2 days. This year there are 230 spots.

How to Register: Two Steps
Step 1) Register and pay online – $25 per participant plus Hawai’i GET. Select your keiki’s t-shirt size and complete the participant details. Your spot is confirmed the moment payment goes through.
Step 2) Sign and return the Participation Agreement – Download it below, fill in the needed information, sign it, and email it to info@hawaiiwfn.com,
No participant may take the field without a signed Participation Agreement on file.

Event Day Details
Check-in: 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Pick up your keiki’s t-shirt at check-in. Shirts not picked up during check-in may not be available later.
Parking: General public parking at the UH Lower Campus parking structure. Standard University of Hawai’i parking rates apply.
What to Bring:
- Football or soccer cleats
- Personal mouthpiece
- Water bottle or jug, labeled with your child’s name
- A water station will be available for refills
Attire: Athletic clothing suitable for football activities.
Medical: A University of Hawai’i athletic trainer will be on site for the duration of the event.
Register by July 23 to Guarantee Child’s Shirt Size
T-shirt sizes are guaranteed for registrations completed by 11:59 PM on Wednesday, July 23. After July 23, shirts are provided while supplies last.
Registration closes when 230 spots fill or at 11:59 PM on Monday, July 27, whichever comes first.

FAQ:
How much does it cost?
$25 per participant plus Hawai’i General Excise Tax of 4.712%.
What ages can participate?
Boys and girls ages 5 to 12 as of August 1, 2026.
Are refunds available?
No. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Can I transfer my registration to another child?
Yes. Email info@hawaiiwfn.com before July 30, 2026 with the new participant’s full name, age, parent or guardian name, phone, email, and emergency contacts. The transfer is not effective until the new participant’s parent or legal guardian signs the Participation Agreement. T-shirt size on a transferred registration is subject to availability.
Can I change my keiki’s t-shirt size after registering?
No. Sizes are locked at registration. Register by 11:59 PM on July 23 to guarantee your selected size. After July 23, shirts are while supplies last.
When do I get the t-shirt?
At check-in on August 1 between 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM. Shirts not picked up during check-in may not be available later.
Do I have to sign anything?
Yes. Every participant must have a signed Participation Agreement on file. Download it from this page, sign it, and email it to info@hawaiiwfn.com, or bring the signed copy to check-in.
Is food provided?
Yes. Every participant receives a Chick-Fil-A meal after the event, provided by sponsor Kurt Milne.
What should my keiki bring?

Will there be medical staff on site?
Yes. A University of Hawai’i athletic trainer will be on site throughout the event.
When does registration close?
When 230 spots fill or at 11:59 PM on July 27, whichever comes first.
Before you register
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
Registrations may be transferred to another eligible participant ages 5 to 12 by emailing info@hawaiiwfn.com before July 30, 2026. A transfer is not effective until the new participant’s parent or legal guardian signs the Participation Agreement.
T-shirt size cannot be changed after registration. Shirts must be picked up at check-in on August 1 between 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM.
Every participant must have a signed Participation Agreement on file. No participant takes the field without one.
