Welcome to the Hawaii Warriors Football Network (HWFN)

Empowering Student-Athletes. Strengthening Communities. Building Leaders.

At the Hawaii Warriors Football Network, we are committed to fostering the next generation of leaders, athletes, and community champions. Founded in 2024, our program provides college student-athletes with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive both on and off the field. Through sustainable employment opportunities, mentorship, leadership development, and community engagement initiatives, HWFN is making a lasting impact on Hawaii’s future.

We are a movement of athletes, mentors, businesses, and community leaders who believe in the power of sport and education to transform lives. Together, we are creating a network for success that benefits both the individual and the collective.

What We Do:

At HWFN, we operate on the belief that a well-rounded, empowered student-athlete is the key to a thriving community. Our multi-faceted approach supports the development of student-athletes through:

  • Sustainable Job Opportunities: We provide college student-athletes with paid employment within the program, creating real-world work experience that prepares them for life after college.
  • Mentorship & Leadership Development: HWFN pairs student-athletes with mentors who offer guidance and leadership training, preparing them to become role models in their communities and within their teams.
  • Education & Personal Growth: We offer educational resources, financial literacy training, and wellness programs, ensuring that student-athletes develop into well-rounded individuals who succeed in all aspects of life.
  • Food & Nutrition: We prioritize the health and well-being of our student-athletes by providing access to nutritious meals and wellness resources, helping them stay energized and focused on both their academics and athletic performance.
  • Community Engagement & Service: Our athletes actively contribute to Hawaii’s communities by leading youth mentorship programs, participating in local events, and working to uplift those in need.

Our mission is rooted in the understanding that college student-athletes face unique challenges—balancing athletic commitments, academic responsibilities, and personal growth. HWFN is here to provide the support they need to thrive.

By empowering student-athletes to become leaders, we’re enhancing their lives and enriching our communities. As they grow, these young men will mentor younger generations, give back to their communities, and lead the way toward a brighter future for Hawai’i and beyond.
